VybeMeter is a product of Geneza Solutions Private Limited ("Geneza Solutions", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VybeMeter's website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, joining a session, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

To create presentations, quizzes, or surveys, you must register for an account with accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Organizations may invite team members, who are subject to these same Terms.

Participants can join live sessions using a join code or link, with or without providing a name. Session content you create (questions, options, uploaded images) and the responses collected during a session belong to you or your organization. We process this data solely to operate the Service — running polls, computing results, exporting CSVs, and similar features.

VybeMeter offers optional AI-assisted features, such as generating quiz questions, translating slide content, summarizing survey responses, and generating illustrative images from your prompts. AI output is generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable for your context — please review AI-generated content before presenting it. You're responsible for how you use this content.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or generate unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Collect participant data for purposes beyond running your own sessions
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent

Some features may require a paid plan or license. Where payments apply, pricing, billing frequency, and refund terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. We may suspend access for accounts with an expired or unpaid license.

The VybeMeter name, logo, and underlying software are owned by Geneza Solutions Private Limited. You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geneza Solutions Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues caused by third-party networks, devices, or services outside our control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
