Privacy Policy

VybeMeter is a product of Geneza Solutions Private Limited ("Geneza Solutions", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), and organization details you provide when signing up.
• Presentation content: the slides, questions, options, and images you create.
• Participant responses: answers submitted during live sessions, and the display name a participant chooses to enter (or "Guest" if left blank).
• Usage data: pages visited, session timestamps, and approximate location (city/region) inferred from IP address for session analytics.
• Payment data: where applicable, billing details are processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers ourselves.

We use the information above to:

• Operate core features — running live polls/quizzes/surveys, computing and displaying results
• Provide AI-assisted features you choose to use, such as quiz generation, translation, and image generation
• Generate exports (e.g. CSV results) that you request
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
• Communicate with you about your account, support requests, or product updates

When you use AI-assisted features (quiz generation, translation, survey insights, image generation), the relevant text or prompt is sent to the underlying AI provider solely to generate that output. We do not use your presentation content to train AI models.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate VybeMeter (e.g. hosting, database, AI, and payment providers), each bound by confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

We retain account and presentation data for as long as your account is active. Session responses are retained so you can review past results and export CSVs, until you delete the presentation or your account. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Participants may join most sessions anonymously without providing a name. Account holders can update or delete their account information from their dashboard settings, or by emailing us. You can also request a copy of the data we hold about you.

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to continuously improve our safeguards.

VybeMeter is intended for use by adults organizing sessions (e.g. workplaces, classrooms, community groups). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children; where a session involves participants who are minors, the organizing adult/institution is responsible for appropriate consent and supervision.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
